Every website package is developed in a customer-owned Squarespace account. A Squarespace Core subscription or higher is required for our custom-coded website layouts. Customers pay Squarespace, domain providers, and other approved third-party services directly. Shift Arrow receives authorized administrator access for the agreed development work. Your project agreement describes the delivered website rights and any reusable Shift Arrow components.

Why are QuickLaunch websites priced lower than Signature Custom?
QuickLaunch uses reusable, professionally prepared custom-coded layouts that we personalize for each business. Signature involves more extensive design customization and selected advanced website enhancements within a written scope.
Is Squarespace hosting included with the website package?
No. Customers own and pay for their Squarespace Core-or-higher subscription, domain registration, and necessary third-party services. These are separate from Shift Arrow's one-time website development fees.
Do I own my website after the project is completed?
You retain your Squarespace account, domain, and business-provided content. After full payment, you receive the agreed rights to use the delivered website. Reusable Shift Arrow templates and internal tools may remain proprietary under the written agreement.
Do I have to purchase monthly website maintenance?
No. Shift Arrow website maintenance is optional. Our website packages are one-time development purchases. Optional monthly care currently starts at $129. Your separate Squarespace and domain charges still apply.
Can I edit my QuickLaunch website myself after launch?
You can manage standard Squarespace settings and content. Because QuickLaunch uses custom-coded sections, some text, image, and layout changes may require HTML, CSS, or JavaScript edits. Shift Arrow can provide separately priced support if needed.
Does the $349 Starter website include a contact form?
Starter includes clickable email and contact information. The $499 Business and $649 Business Plus packages include dedicated Contact pages with a standard Squarespace inquiry form. Signature's inquiry experience is defined in its scope.
Can I add online appointment scheduling to my website?
Yes. Standard third-party booking integrations may be available as a one-time setup service. Custom scheduling rules, automated reminders, and monitored workflows are separately scoped and priced.
Is automation maintenance included with website care?
Not automatically. Website Care covers the agreed website tasks. Website + Workflow Care and Complete System Care can include monitoring of approved integrations. Each agreement defines the exact workflows and response targets.
Will my website rank first in Google or appear in AI answers?
No search placement can be guaranteed. We implement foundational on-page SEO and useful, clearly structured content to help search systems understand your business. Indexing, rankings, AI mentions, inquiries, and sales depend on factors outside our control.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We can review an existing website and determine whether a package-based rebuild, focused improvements, or a separately quoted redesign would be most appropriate. Compatibility depends on the current platform and requirements.
What happens if I need features outside my selected package?
