  1. Website Purpose

This website provides general information about Shift Arrow Group LLC, our services, pricing options, contact methods, payment options, and project request process.

Information on this website is for general informational purposes only. It does not create a client relationship, service agreement, or binding contract unless both parties agree to specific project terms, pricing, and scope.

  1. Services

Services may be offered through custom quotes, payment links, invoices, subscriptions, written agreements, or project-specific proposals.

The exact scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, limitations, and responsibilities for each service will depend on the quote, invoice, payment page, written agreement, or plan description provided.

  1. Quotes and Project Scope

Quote-based services are reviewed before work begins. A quote does not become an active project until accepted and, when required, a deposit or initial payment is received.

Project scope may include specific pages, features, design work, SEO tasks, integrations, copywriting, content updates, digital tools, maintenance items, or consulting. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote, invoice, or written approval.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, images, logos, business details, website content, account credentials, approvals, and any other materials needed to complete the project.

Delays in receiving required materials, approvals, or access may delay project timelines.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, trademarks, claims, text, or materials they provide are accurate and that they have the right to use them.

  1. Payments

Payments may be collected through Stripe, invoices, payment links, subscriptions, or other approved payment methods.

Deposits, setup fees, recurring plans, project payments, and balances are due according to the terms shown on the invoice, quote, payment page, subscription, or written agreement.

Work may pause if payments are late, incomplete, disputed, reversed, declined, or unpaid.

  1. Deposits, Refunds, and Cancellations

Project deposits help reserve time, begin planning, cover setup, and start preparation work. Once work has begun, deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Monthly plans may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Canceling a monthly plan does not automatically refund work already performed, time already reserved, or services already provided.

Custom refunds, partial refunds, and cancellation terms may depend on the specific project, amount of work completed, third-party costs, and written agreement.

  1. Monthly Website Maintenance

Monthly website maintenance plans may include limited support such as one monthly website check, basic form or link testing, minor text or photo updates, light SEO review, and general website upkeep.

Monthly maintenance does not include unlimited edits, full redesigns, new pages, advanced development, advertising management, advanced SEO campaigns, emergency support, custom software development, or major structural changes unless specifically included in writing.

Additional work may be quoted separately.

  1. SEO Services and Results

SEO support may include work related to page titles, descriptions, service copy, keyword organization, local SEO structure, content recommendations, technical review, performance checks, and ongoing improvement planning.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, lead volume, sales, revenue, first-page placement, or search engine results. SEO performance depends on many factors outside our control, including competition, search engine changes, website history, customer behavior, location, content quality, and third-party platforms.

  1. Digital Tools and Automation

Digital tools and automation services may include workflow recommendations, form routing, lead tracking, spreadsheet setup, payment link setup, software planning, light automation, or other practical business systems.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, digital tools and automations are not guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business process. Clients are responsible for reviewing automated workflows, testing outputs, and confirming that any system fits their business needs.

  1. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Squarespace, Stripe, Google, Zapier, domain registrars, email providers, analytics tools, plugins, integrations, or other services.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, outages, updates, limitations, and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, pricing changes, policy changes, account restrictions, data issues, outages, or platform limitations.

  1. Client Accounts and Access

Clients may need to provide access to third-party platforms, including websites, domains, analytics accounts, business profiles, email systems, payment tools, or other accounts.

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, account ownership, recovery access, and permissions. We are not responsible for account lockouts, lost access, platform restrictions, or issues caused by incorrect account ownership or third-party security policies.

  1. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to create accurate and professional website content, but clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final content, business details, service descriptions, pricing, claims, legal statements, industry-specific requirements, and published website information.

Clients should consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, regulatory, insurance, licensing, or compliance requirements related to their business or industry.

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of content, images, logos, trademarks, and materials they provide.

Upon full payment, clients may use completed website designs, written content, and deliverables created specifically for their project for their business use.

Shift Arrow Group LLC may retain ownership of reusable methods, templates, processes, internal tools, code snippets, design systems, workflows, documentation, and general knowledge used to provide services.

  1. Portfolio Use

Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, Shift Arrow Group LLC may reference completed work in its portfolio, website, marketing materials, case studies, or social media. This may include the client business name, website link, screenshots, project type, and general project description.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, malicious, or disruptive purposes.

We may refuse, pause, or discontinue service if a project involves unlawful content, deceptive claims, harassment, malicious activity, unsafe practices, intellectual property violations, or other inappropriate use.

  1. No Legal, Financial, Tax, or Regulated Professional Advice

Information provided through our website or services is for general business and digital support purposes only. Shift Arrow Group LLC does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, engineering, insurance, or regulated professional advice.

Clients should consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, financial, licensing, regulatory, or industry-specific requirements.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as available” and “as agreed” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide professional services, but we do not guarantee that the website, services, third-party platforms, search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, automations, integrations, or results will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shift Arrow Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, search ranking changes, third-party platform issues, outages, payment processor issues, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to hold Shift Arrow Group LLC harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your content, business claims, materials, misuse of services, violation of these Terms, violation of another party’s rights, or failure to comply with applicable laws or platform policies.

  1. Termination

We may refuse, pause, or terminate services if payments are not made, required information is not provided, communication becomes unreasonable, scope is repeatedly exceeded, third-party access is unavailable, or continued service would create legal, ethical, security, or business concerns.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State Where LLC Is Registered], unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
